Description
All Solid #360 Brass Construction
No plated-steel parts used in the Flex-Flyer. I make all the parts
including the screws and thumbnuts.
Stainless Steel Flex Bearings ground to +0.000" / -0.0005" allowing Exact Alignment and Positioning for 100% repeatabitly. All 316L Stainless Steel Hardware Ultra fine 8-48 UNF Threads on 316L Stainless steel Cross-Knurled Thumbscrews & Locknuts for Precision adjustments Gold Plated Contacts 3-1/2 Inch Diameter Base with naval cork which won't slip 1-1/5 Inches to center of paddles 2 Inches Overall height Total weight is 3.75 pounds Complete with Stero Phone Jack & 36 inch 3 conductor 18AWG Shielded Cord Dual-pole Alnico Magnets for additional Paddle Tensioning if desired. Each part is hand-polished to a mirror finish then a two part epoxy finished is applied and oven baked at 400 degrees F which gives a soft brass glow to insure a durable finish which will last for years. An optional showroom chrome finish is also now available. Lifetime Warranty (Under normal use)

Each Flex Flyer is individually handcrafted to exacting tolerances
which make them such a precision piece of equipment to own.
Each part is checked for size and fit while being machined insuring
that the quality is kept to the highest standards. Many hours go into
producing one of these devices.
